A 11,000 mm long complete Carbon Steel Heat Exchanger weighing 83 tons. The Exchanger with 5283 tubes is the biggest equipment supplied by MultiMax and that too in a short span of 6 months only.
MultiMax exported 3 Nos ASME U Stamp Heat Exchangers to QAPCO wherein the Shell body was made of CS and Internal bundle was made of Titanium. MultiMax developed the Titanium Tubes to Tubesheet fusion procedure in-house for the purpose.
MultiMax supplied 17 Nos ASME U Stamp Heat Exchangers to UOP for the Modular Penex Unit of BORL. UOP Honeywell provided the technology, engineering and commissioning of the Unit which was one of the first of its kind in the country.
MultiMax has inhouse expertise to do the engineering, fabrication and supply of Sulphur Condensers. 2 Nos of 60 ton each above Sulphur Condensers were supplied to IOCL Paradip. MultiMax has supplied Sulphur Condensers to SRU of IOCL Haldia, IOCL Panipat (replacement) and CPCL Chennai as well.
MultiMax supplied 4 Nos Heat Exchangers with CS Shell and Super Duplex Bundle to CPCL Chennai with EPCM support of ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions (formerly Uhde India). MultiMax has a strong past track record of supply in Duplex and Super Duplex metallurgy exchangers to various refineries of HMEL, CPCL and IOCL.
